If visitors cannot find your phone number, booking path or services on mobile, fix the website first. Local SEO that sends people into a dead-end homepage wastes the click.
If the site already converts but Google Business hours, categories or NAP disagree with the page, start Local SEO hygiene immediately — often in parallel with light on-site fixes. Doorway pages for every suburb are not a strategy; honest coverage is.
