Yes — for the deliverables defined in your written scope, you own the site content you supply and the custom work produced for your project under the agreement. Duyuz is not leasing you a black-box template that disappears if you leave.
Domain registration should sit in your registrar account (or be transferred to you). Hosting can be on Duyuz care plans or on infrastructure you control — that choice is written down so access is never ambiguous. Third-party tools (Shopify, booking vendors, analytics) remain under their own terms; we connect them, we do not claim to own their platforms.
Theme or library licences that are open-source stay open-source. Premium plugins you purchase are yours. We do not hold your brand hostage behind an unpublished login. If something is licensed only for delivery (rare), it is called out before build.
Ask for the ownership and handover clause in the proposal if you want it highlighted. After launch we can document admin access, DNS and repository location so your team is never guessing.
